Laurent and Patricia Blanchard opened the In Situ restaurant in Rouen 6 years ago.

The In Fine project is a bit like In Situ at home. Hot dishes, sandwiches, salads, starters, desserts and drinks are offered to you from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., to take away first or on site, inside or on our terrace.

Our philosophy is to offer you throughout the day a cuisine based on healthy and local products, organic when possible.

Original and gourmet sandwiches at attractive prices, but also hot drinks, grand cru coffee, various teas, organic cold drinks, bubble tea, all accompanied by a warm smile.
